Barbara Burr

Barbara Burr has been part of Burr Business Service since 1991 and has earned her EA designation, Certificate of Enrollment to practice before the Internal Revenue Service. She looks forward to helping you with all your bookkeeping and tax needs. Barbara has earned degrees in Accounting, Food Service and Hotel Management. She was awarded an Honorable Discharge in 1988 for eight years service in the United States Army National Guard. Barbara is a member of the local Foster Care Review Board, a member of the Judicial Nomination Commission for the Juvenile Court of Lancaster County, a member of the Nebraska Society of Independent Accountants, the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers and the Nebraska Society of Tax Practitioners. She and husband Kurtis have four great kids, Alycia, Benjamin,Clara and Denia.

Mary Burr

Mary Burr, began Burr Business Services in 1971, doing bookkeeping and income tax preparation for a small number of clients. She has 35 years experience in both bookkeeping and income tax preparation and has a CTP designation, Certified Tax Preparer. She is a member of National Tax Practitioners and Nebraska Society of Independent Accountants. Mary is a member on the Board of REOMA, Real Estate Owners and Managers and is active in several political groups. She and husband Ivan have four children and nine grandchildren. When not working or having fun with her grandkids she can be found at the bridge table as she is an avid bridge player.

Charlene Luethje

Charlene Luethje has been at Burr Business Service’s sense in 2004. She has a degree from Doane College in Business Administration and has a good deal of experience and education in Income Tax Preparation for Individuals and Small Business. Charlene served seven plus years in the United States Army and received an Honorable Discharge in 1990. She and husband John have three wonderful kids, Christine, Cassie and John Robert.

Connie Swenson

Connie Swenson has been with Burr Business Service since 1998. She is our office manager and can be of help to you with all sorts of problems and questions. Her voice is the one you’ll hear that informs you your tax return is ready for pickup. Connie has many years of experience in business offices specializing in organization and management. She has completed courses in QuickBooks Pro and has a real talent for keeping things moving along at an efficient pace. We are very glad to have Connie as part of our team. Connie and husband Joe have two children and three grandchildren.
